What is your return policy?

Since our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. Please get in contact via clearidentities@gmail.com

How do I report a problem with my order?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrect items. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
